1. Who these terms are between
These terms cover your use of The Omenator at theomenator.com (“the site”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. You can write to us at hello@theomenator.com.
2. Adults only
The site is for people aged 18 or over who are in the United Kingdom. By confirming your age on arrival you tell us that you meet this condition. If you don’t, you must not use the site.
3. What the site is
The Omenator is a free social casino offering games played only with virtual coins, for entertainment. It is not a gambling service. You cannot stake money, and you cannot win money, goods, services or anything else of real-world value. Results are random and are not predictions, advice or readings of any kind.
4. Virtual coins
- Coins have no cash value and are not cryptocurrency, money, e-money or a voucher.
- Coins cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, exchanged, transferred to anyone else or redeemed for anything.
- Coins are stored only in your browser. If you clear your browser data, change device or sign out, they are gone, and we cannot restore them.
- We may change starting balances, daily top-ups, refills or game rules at any time. Any such change applies from then on and the odds shown on each game page will reflect it.
5. Your nickname
Your nickname stays in your browser and isn’t shown to anyone else. Even so, please don’t use your full name, contact details or anything offensive.
6. Fair use of the site
Please don’t try to break, overload, copy wholesale or interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful. Changing the numbers stored in your own browser is possible, but pointless: there is nothing to gain.
