The Omenator

Write to the parlour

One email address, read by a person rather than a crystal ball.

The address

hello@theomenator.com

We aim to reply within a few working days. Please don’t send passwords, bank details or anything you would rather not have sitting in an inbox; we never need them, because the site has nothing to pay for and nothing to log into.

Good reasons to write

  • Something looks wrong. A game that misbehaves, an odds figure that doesn’t add up, a page that won’t load on your phone. Telling us which page and which browser helps a great deal.
  • Accessibility. If anything is hard to read, reach or use with a keyboard or screen reader, we would like to fix it.
  • Your data. Questions about privacy or a request under the UK GDPR. Most game data never reaches us at all; the privacy notice explains.
  • Lost coins. We are sorry to say we can’t restore them, because they were only ever stored in your browser. You can, however, sign up again and start with a fresh 1,000.

If you need help rather than an answer

Email isn’t the quickest route if gambling is causing you or someone close to you real trouble. The National Gambling Helpline, run by GamCare, is free and open 24 hours a day on 0808 8020 133. More options are on our Play well page.

Before the curtain rises

The Omenator is a free social casino meant for adults. Nothing here costs money, nothing here pays out, and the crystal ball is only a prop.

You can pause all four games in this browser for a while.
